A Moment

A butterfly visits
A heart beats wildly, watching
Nature sings in butterfly wings
Pause…
A deep breath in
Flower heads raise in sun’s praise
Bee’s wings buzzzZZZzz
Pause…
A deep breath out,
Shout, “I love nature!”
Birds take to the sky
A chorus of wings flapping
Swoop!
DUCK!
…Giggle.
Pause…
